Belleer’s mission is deeply personal. Inspired by my journey as a mother of a child with autism, this venture is a reflection of resilience, love, and purpose. My son’s diagnosis reshaped my understanding of health and community, motivating me to create a business that supports others. A portion of Belleer’s profits will be dedicated to autism-related initiatives, funding programs and organizations that provide resources, advocacy, and education for families navigating similar journeys. By sharing my story, I hope to humanize the Belleer brand, foster understanding, and build genuine emotional connections with our customers.
Our juice and smoothie menu will showcase the vibrant flavors and health benefits of African superfoods. Signature offerings will include the tropical Mango Smoothie, the energizing Ginger Smoothie, and innovative juice blends like La Vitalité (baobab and moringa) and Hibibab (baobab and hibiscus). Additionally, our shop will feature premium superfood powders, infusions, and pills, providing customers with a variety of options to enhance their wellness journey.

Gnagna Diouf
Quality Assurance Specialist at Zeochem Silica Materials Inc.
Belleer will be founded and led by Gnagna Diouf, a professional with over 15 years of experience in the food industry. Currently holds the position of Quality Assurance Specialist at Zeochem Silica Materials Inc., where she has honed her expertise in ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety. Her educational background includes an engineering degree in biotechnology and food science from the Haute École Spécialisée de la Suisse Occidentale in Switzerland, as well as a Food Safety Certificate from Laval University in Canada.
Gnagna’s extensive knowledge and experience will be instrumental in the successful launch and operation of Belleer. Her passion for health and wellness, combined with her commitment to quality, will ensure that every product offered at Belleer is crafted to perfection. As a visionary leader, Gnagna will bring a unique blend of scientific expertise and industry insights to Belleer, setting a high standard for excellence and innovation in the juice and superfood bar industry.
