Is it high in sugar?
Baobab is 100% fruit, so it contains natural fruit sugar — but a 10g serving is small, and its high fibre slows how sugars are absorbed.
Can I cook with it?
You can, but vitamin C fades with heat. Stir it into dishes after cooking, or keep it in cold and room-temperature foods.
How much per day?
A typical serving is 1–2 teaspoons (5–10g). Start small and build up gradually as your body adjusts to the fibre.
