Where we ship

We currently ship across Canada. If you'd like to order from elsewhere, contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Processing time

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email, followed by tracking details once your order ships.

Delivery estimates

  • Quebec & Ontario: approximately 2–5 business days
  • Rest of Canada: approximately 4–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and may vary during peak periods or for remote areas.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. From time to time we may offer free shipping over a minimum order value — any active offer will be shown in your cart.

Returns & refunds


Our promise

Your satisfaction matters to us. Because our products are foods (aliments), we're only able to accept returns of items that are unopened and in their original condition, for food-safety reasons.

If something is wrong

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you have any concern about its quality, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo if relevant. We'll make it right — with a replacement or a refund.

How refunds work

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
