Everything you want to know

From the baobab itself to each of our three blends — here’s the essentials.

The Brand

Belleer is a Quebec-based wellness brand built around the African baobab superfruit. We make three clean, functional baobab blends — Radiance, Balance and Focus — each crafted for a single ritual of well-being. The brand bridges two lands: the baobab heritage of West Africa and the quality standards of Quebec.

Belleer was founded by Gnagna Diouf, a food-science engineer and quality-assurance specialist who grew up between Senegal and Quebec. She created Belleer to bring the baobab of her childhood together with the rigour that guides her work in food safety — honest, traceable nutrition rooted in nature.

The baobab is wild-harvested from trees in West Africa, then the blends are crafted and quality-checked in Quebec, Canada. This “Two Lands” approach — African soil, Quebec craft — is at the heart of everything we make.

Yes. Belleer donates 3% of profits to Autisme Québec, a cause close to our founder’s heart. Supporting families and children in our community is woven into the brand, not added on.

Baobab

Baobab (Adansonia digitata) is the fruit of the African “Tree of Life” — one of the longest-living trees on Earth, with some specimens surviving over a thousand years. It’s the only fruit that dries naturally on the branch, so the pulp inside is raw and whole-food by the time it’s harvested.

Baobab pulp is one of the most nutrient-dense fruits on the planet. It naturally contains vitamin C, calcium, potassium, magnesium, antioxidants and a high amount of dietary fibre — all in a single whole food, with no processing required.

Gram for gram, baobab pulp can contain significantly more vitamin C than an orange. Vitamin C supports natural collagen formation — for skin, hair and nails — and helps the immune system stay resilient.

Baobab has a mild, naturally tangy, slightly citrusy flavour with a hint of caramel. It blends easily into drinks and food without overpowering them.

The Blends

All three share the same baobab foundation, then each is crafted toward a single purpose: Radiance for skin, hair and nails; Balance for digestion, vitality and immunity; and Focus for clarity, cognition and energy.

Radiance is our beauty-from-within blend. Built on baobab with acerola and berries, it’s rich in vitamin C to support natural collagen formation — helping skin, hair and nails look and feel their best.

Balance supports digestion, vitality and immunity. It combines baobab’s prebiotic fibre with LactoSpore® probiotic, working together to nourish a healthy gut microbiome and support comfortable, regular digestion.

Focus supports clarity, cognition and energy — and it’s completely caffeine-free. It pairs baobab with rhodiola, an adaptogen, for calm, sustained mental clarity without the jitters or crash.

Ingredients & Diet

Yes. Belleer blends are made from whole-food ingredients with no fillers, no hidden sugar and nothing artificial. What you see on the label is what’s inside.

Baobab itself is naturally vegan, gluten-free and allergen-friendly, and Focus in particular was formulated to be allergen-free. For specific allergen information on each blend, always check the individual product label.

No added sugar. Where light sweetness is needed, blends like Radiance use stevia (Reb M), a natural plant-based sweetener.

No. Balance uses LactoSpore®, a shelf-stable probiotic — not whey or dairy.

Using Belleer

Add a scoop to water, juice, a smoothie, yogurt, oatmeal or your favourite recipe. The blends mix easily and have a mild, pleasant taste.

Belleer blends are foods (aliments) — whole-food powders you add to your daily diet, not pills or medicinal supplements. That means they fit naturally into your routine.

Yes. The three blends are built on the same baobab foundation and are designed to complement one another. Many people make all three part of their day.

Each blend comes in a 300 g pouch (10.6 oz net weight). Store in a cool, dry place and reseal the pouch after each use to keep the powder fresh.
